New Fellowships in Black Sea Region

The Black Sea Region is still one of the least-reached parts of turkey. In Amasya there are now 7-8 believers meeting regularly who were initially BCC contacts, one of whom has

become a fiery evangelist who shares his faith openly. Two young men doing their military service in the area have also made professions of faith.

In early 2006 in Corum, a number of BCC respondents made professions of faith, and through them other family members also have come to faith. Many of them, however, had to leave the area in search of work. Now only one of them remains, but believers from Samsun visit him (and new BCC respondents in the area) once a month.

Amasya and Corum are close to Samsun in the direction of Ankara.
