Istanbul Centre - 8 full time staff and in the region of 20 part time volunteers. The office in Istanbul answers phones, emails, processes all the requests for books, packages the books and sends them out, do online chat, run the websites and database and places adverts. TACO also uses the office to help organise tours, invitations to concerts and follow-up. Follow-up network - upto 130 co-workers through out the country. Our co-workers receive regular emails from the office with details of new students. They will follow up with a courtesy call to make sure the students recieved the package they requested and then make themselves available for further conversations about the material if the student so wishes. 8 person leadership team who meets every 6 weeks. Each person on the leadership team is responsible for a department of the BCC. A board - which at the moment has 4 members. This board must always be at least 50% Turkish. An advisory board comprising of people from local churches and agencies. Many people from all over the world who actively pray and support the BCC.
