“Internet Google ads propel growth in number of respondents"

In February we started using Google ads, which quickly became the most successful means of finding people interested in our free books. As we all know, the internet has an incredible ability to spread information to millions of people. For example, in 2006 our Google ads were displayed 27,476,310 times (!), and people clicked on them 154,851 times!

As the internet continues to grow, however, the number of people reading printed newspapers (the serious newspapers, at least) continues to decline, since more and more internet users read newspapers online (see chart).
